Cordless Reciprocating Saw
Many construction professionals choose a cordless reciprocating saw over a skill saw because of its ease of use and versatility. When using one on window fitting and trim work in construction jobs, it is much more simple to use and control mainly due to its light weight. A reversible blade is also useful in cutting upside down so that it is easy to use in tight spots and ceilings. The blade stroke is about 1-1/8 inches and about 3000 strokes per minute which quickly cuts through wood, such as 2 x 4's, with ease. The variable speeds also increase your control, along with the open top, which makes it very easy to see where you are cutting.
