Which to Choose – Cordless Impact Driver or Conventional Drill/Driver?

The added benefits of compact size, less weight, greater torque, and more speed make cordless impact drivers a good choice for almost any drilling or driving task. If you’re fastening overhead or in tight spaces, or if your applications involve repetitive driving, then a cordless impact driver will probably suit you better. In general, look for a model that’s compact with a good power-to-weight ratio and good ergonomics for better balance and feel.
